Ocean Lava Montenegro 2017

Europe, Montenegro, Boka bay.
In the sweet spot of the bay, hugged by the sea and massive mountains,lays Kotor, UNESCO
protected walled city, old coastal and cultural center.
History and nature was grateful to the city.
Creating a pearl of the Mediterran, surrounded with natures best scenery.
Kotor is a home town of many sea explorers, navy man, even to this day.
Turists are discovering Kotor in large numbers.
This year, for the second time in a row, different kind of explorers are here, thriatletes
340 of them, from more than 30 countries have gathered for the “Ocean Lava Montenegro – 2017” race.
They have to swim 1.9km, bike 90km and run 21km to earn their medal.
It is a tough task, both mentally and physically, but organisers have created wonderful course for them.
They will swim almost near the city center, ride through the heart of Boka bay, and run all the way by the sea enjoying in spectacular scenery all along the course
